Since opening in 2001, La Vida Charter School has offered a unique program of independent study, supported by child centered, culturally rich, on-site classes two days per week. Serving grades K through 12 and WASC accredited with a maximum enrollment of 99, La Vida functions as a small school alternative for residents of Mendocino County and surrounding areas. The school is located on the beautiful and historic Ridgewood Ranch, Home of Seabiscuit, between Willits and Ukiah on Highway 101.
